Since relocating to Ponte Vedra Beach in 2019 from Fair Haven, NJ, Kate has helped customers buy and sell in a variety of neighborhoods across Jacksonville and the Beaches. She takes the time to truly understand her clients’ goals and works diligently to meet their specific needs.

With nearly two decades of experience in marketing, education, and client service, Kate brings professionalism, insight, and a thoughtful approach to every transaction. Her corporate background in New York City and Washington, D.C., along with growing up in a large family, shaped her strong communication and negotiation skills.

Kate loves to travel and values the opportunity to work with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Moreover, she is enamored with the natural landscape of the First Coast and the outdoor lifestyle it supports. Kate lives in a golf course community with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs, and enjoys tennis, birdwatching, and sampling all the new restaurants, boutiques, and cultural venues popping up around Jacksonville.
